The increased fees will apply from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023.
Company Registration
– Registering a company name will increase to $538
Company Name Reservation
– Reserving a company name will increase to $55
Company Annual Review Fees
– Annual review fee for a proprietary company increase to $290
– Annual review fee for a special purpose company increase to $59
– Late Payment Fee if payment is received within month after due date increases to $87
– Late Payment Fee if payment is received more than 1 month after due date increases to $362
Business Name Registration
– Registration or renewal fee for one year increases to $39
– Registration or renewal fee for three years increases to $92
Company Deregistration
– De-registering a company $44
